Excellent. We had our car repaired here (through LV insurance). They were friendly and helpful and kept in touch throughout the process. Pickup of our car was arranged quickly, from our place of work and a courtesy car was delivered at the same time.The return of our car and the courtesy car pickup was quick and easy too.The repair itself was excellent. Our bonnet wing and mirror were quite chewed up but they were repaired and resprayed and it looks brand new, not a hint of the damage remains.All in all, a very easy process. I don't know about the costs as it was covered by our insurance but I would gladly recommend their work and service standards.
