The worst customer service I have ever received in my life!! These people should be ashamed of themselves!! Why do they feel they have the right to treat you so poorly? I own a business in the City and spend 1000's of dollars every year and deserve respect!!!
It is rather dark and dreary at night around there, but, the folk's inside are kind, polite and happy during the day that work inside. Folk's in there are efficient and helpful. 3 star's because I don't like the outside looks of the building. Someone, a long time ago, 50 years ago, had poor taste in designing the looks on this building. Maybe somehow change the outside look without tearing it down ? The inside looks great. *** One note : the new city law on banning plastic bags in the stores seem to be working. You barely find any plastic bags today Blowin around the streets in the city. Also, Behind City Hall is Quincy Market & Faneuil Hall. A lot of nice area's nearby.
Amazing building and piece of history for the city. Greatly enjoy visiting. Arrived to pick up birth certificate and everyone was friendly and efficient. A+.

Quite a hideous look to it. Architecture elites would applaud this for some arbitrary reason like it being innovative or new. The common person sees this vile eyesore for what it is. It really ought to be razed to the ground. I would recommend the old Boston city hall instead of wasting your time with this garbage. It does not do justice to this citys amazing heritage.
