I was so nervous knowing I was going to have a wisdom tooth out, but they put me at ease and held my hand!!! Talked everything through first so I knew what was coming. Happy to go back!
Contacted Boston Smile for an Emergency appointment. Sam at reception was very pleasant, tool my details and made the appointment. On arrival, I filled out the relevant paperwork and was seen very quickly by Daniela. As a nervous patient, Daniela put me at ease immediately, she examined me and located the issue and provided the necessary treatment. I have already booked my return appointment. I have no complaints whatsoever and cannot receommend Boston Smiles enough. I did read the reviews left by other people and can quite honestly say what was written in no way mirrors the treatment I received. 5 stars +
Both my boys attend this dentist and have never had a problem. Always give good advice on dental care and fast on referrals and treatments.
0 stars is what this place deserves. They are just out to take your money. During my 'check up' there was no asking of symptoms, they were not bothered to see what the real cause was at all!! The information received in my 2 minutes at the dentist could have definitely just been mentioned on the phone, there was no need for them to make me an appointment or make me pay 21.60 (again they just want your money). If you are in pain and are worried about your teeth just get your mate to look at it cause they'd probably more qualified.
