Don't expect breakfast, although they advertise it. Accommodation extremely basic in old-style building. Reeked of old smoke in public areas. Better described as a boarding house for working gentlemen IMHO.
Walked in and walked out. Awful. Spider webs, dust, the smell was horrendous. The bedding and towels were stained. Never will I ever go near the place again. Couldn't be bothered to ask for a refund, we were just pleased to be getting out of the place!!!!

Comfortable room with tea and coffee facilities. Close to pubs that do good food and not far from Boston town centre
Stayed here for a couple of days R&R. Ended up booking an extra night. Yes, the rooms are basic, but they are comfortable, and if you're just after somewhere to crash for the night are great, and at a good price. Would definitely recommend this place, and if in the area again, will stop here in future.
