worst place i have ever ordered from. ordered 2 pizzas with a time of 45 minutes an hour later I rang them and apparently they tried to deliver but no one answered the door, bearing in mind I have 3 dogs and 3 people in the house no one saw anyone. they then charge me 1 to re deliver the 2 pizzas I ordered. another hour goes by before 2 stone cold pizzas arrive at my door. I must admit the driver was amazing. the website states that any order over 18 will receive a free garlic bread or Pepsi. so after spending 20.50 on 2 pizzas no freebies. I rang them and asked to speak to the manager, I explained that 3 dogs and 3 people can not just miss a delivery guy and that I was missing the free item. he got angry with me and told me that I didn't answer the door or my phone. I told him no one came to my door and I have no call record on my phone to show they have tried to ring me, at which point the MANAGER told me to f**k off and that I was a stupid f*****g c**t and then hung up. this place needs shutting down.
Calezone was not cooked properly and dough was not cooked. Garlic bread with cheese had no garlic and was basically just a cheese pizza without the sauce. Boston Special pizza was basically just a mushroom pizza with hardly any other toppings and was barley edible, the dough was also not cooked on this too. We called the restaurant about the food and was told not to eat it and that they would cook fresh food and send it to us straight away, 2 mins later had a call saying they would not be sending the replacement food because they wasn't allowed, when we asked about getting our money back instead we was told yes but only if we went in with the food the following day, we said that we did not want this and went to the restaurant with the food where, eventually, we was offered a refund. While was there we was shocked to see piles of food on the counter in bags ready to go for delivery, how long had this been there? We also rang Just Eat to inform them of their restaurants standards as well as the food hygiene authorities. I am certain if we had eaten any of the food we would have had food poisoning from it being undercooked. The cowardly management would not speak to us either, instead getting a young girl to do it all the time, and even ringing us to question why we had reported them to just eat. I will definitely not be ordering from them again and would definitely not recommend anybody ordering anything from here, this place deserves to be SHUT DOWN.
chips are obviously microwaved and tasteless,, the Spaghetti Bolognese is what you get from asda small black container that is then microwaved, it was a total mess i expected alot better. The Haagen Dazs Ice Cream is 5 which is double the price of anywere else. Burgers are totally tasteless all in all just another really bad Pizza restaurant in Boston. Really you need to go elsewhere. save up and go to the white heart or Goodbarns behind the stump for a nice juicy steak.
Ordered from here for them to deliver, that man had no clue where we lived. Couldnt speak English, then passed the phone on his young son, they was both laughing at us down the phone and saying they couldnt find us so they wont be giving us our food. They also had no clue where the a16 is? So we are still waiting for our food.. TBC
Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a pizza and kebab from here and got told an hour. 2 hours later food ordered and was stone cold. Rang and explained very politely. They said we could wait another hour for a new order. Politely declined and was told I could have money off the next order. I explained I didn't want money off I wanted my mo way back as was completely inedible. They said I had to take it back the next day to get my money back. I did this and the food hadn't been touched. Got given my money back and after getting it back the idiot who am presuming was the owner although he said not, told me never to order from them again!!! Your an absolute joke. You deliver a cold pizza to me and then tell me never to go back. I would advise anyone to stay well away. Rude, horrible and completely appalling customer service. If I had a choice this would be 0 stars!!
