Very nice, updated, spacious lounge to do your work while waiting for your flight. Plenty of separate zones depending on the activity. Great hot food choices, beer/wine coolers, excellent service. Very clean, highly recommend!

Quite possibly the best BA lounge I've visited. Fantastic food selection, great range of drinks. Full service bar at the far end too. Great Runway views. I would actually rate this higher than the Concorde Room at LHR, plenty of other lounges could do with taking a leaf out of Boston's book!
Very spacious and comfortable space to relax ahead of your flight, it catch up on some last minute work. The WiFi is excellent, the food was really nice and it was not at all crowded. Most flights board directly out of the lounge, which makes it both very convenient and means you can enjoy the facilities until the very last minute. This lounge replaces a previous lounge which was not up to the same standards. If flying First, a separate area is set aside, with table service, but the experience with be about the same. Overall a very good lounge experience for BA customers.
Great! As a full AA Admirals Club member, and having an AA flight that was delayed, I decided to try the BA lounge in E instead as they have reciprocal agreements as part of One World. AA - you get squares of cheese, a drink coupon, soda fountain soft drinks, more people on the front desk than work in the lounge, and not much in the way of seating.This though - a full buffet after 5:15pm, sandwiches etc. beforehand, a full bar, real soft drink and bottled water, nice decor, and friendly staff. It may be a hike from terminal B to this lounge in E, but it really is worthwhile. Thankfully Im now BA silver too, so I may just dump the Admirals Club membership moving forward.
