2 months 10 days and I still did not recover the deposit. I still do not believe that people can be so incompetent. 2 years waiting for a replacement smoke sensor? here it is normal. emails did not reach the recipient? here is the norm. a few weeks of landlord leave when you have to pay a deposit, it is! when I took home from them a few years ago, I heard positive things from everyone. Most friends now have negative reviews. so I can assume that not only I have such problems
I had to end the tenancy before i moved in as we wasnt aware that there was 2 big dogs that barked for 2 hours while we was in the house and when i was on my way home from getting the keys was rang up to be told that there was extra land to maintain the internet was a minor problem even though we stated to the person who showed us round that we needed the internet as we run a business from home
I purchased an investment property through Hill & Clark and now let this property through them using their fully managed serviced. They have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of the process. I do not live in the area and they provided valuable local information on the market prior to my purchase. Once I had completed my purchase, they gave me a list of recommended tradespeople to carry out work I wanted to complete prior to letting the property and liaised with them regarding access. This was extremely useful and saved me having to travel to the area to find tradespeople and oversee the work.They found tenants for my property very quickly and handled every aspect of the letting process and continue to do so. There have been a couple of small maintenance issues (as always!) since the tenants moved in and these have been handled very swiftly and efficiently. Finally, despite being a large and busy office they are always very friendly and give a very personal level of service. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Excellent Service from start to finish If you need to use a local Estate Agent I would highly recommend Hill & Clarke. From start to finish they gave us the personal service promised when making the decision to switch from our previous agent.
