Over cooked food on both visits.Over cooked steak, over cooked sunday roast.Well done roast beef, veg boiled to tasteless mush, deep fried or packet roast potatoes??Not even worth the 6.95. Awful!!Dated decor and rude owner, won't be back !!

Incredibly rude manageress.Took a walk for a lunch time drink for my mother's birthday.Whilst sat in the beer garden, the sun shade, which was not secure, flew off and hit my mother in the face, knocking her glasses off.No apology was given, just collected the sunshade and went in.When questioned, she refused further service and was asked to leave.I would be pleased if the group who witnessed this could contact me.
Booked in for the carvery last minute staff were extremely helpful and got us sorted. The food was delicious best food I have ever had when eating out. Would highly recommend. Staff were friendly and was a lovely atmosphere prices are very reasonable. Will definately be going back again. Thank you all very much for a very enjoyable Sunday lunch.
