A rude woman shouted at all of the college students to get the next bus making us late because she had the school children. She refused our service even though I have always caught then same bus due to college hours. G68 8am 11/12/18.
Unreliable and expensive service. Website is terrible. How I wish our region would embrace Stagecoach or any other transport company that's joined the 21st century, Brylaine is clearly a Mickey mouse company held together by a shoe string. One positive though, I've never walked so much in my life! So thanks for my good health i guess...
Web site is vague at least and to not be able to talk to someone at customer services is not the way to run things. One page says your open till 3 but another says u only open Monday to Friday. Plz work on it as it makes using your service untrustworthy. I worked for first travel group in the south of England and customers comes first every time. I'm now disabled so would rely on your service. I would have liked to use your card system but can't ask anyone detail that have been missed on your site like 'does the 4.50 for the card mean the card cost 4.50 then you top it up or the card is free but has 4.50 of credit on it?' With all the will in the world you have made it very confusing to your customers and i dont belive the drivers have time to explain. Your personable service is not very personable at all.
