Nice efficient, centrally located, clean train station. There are a couple of bars and a few breakfast/cafe places. Train platforms get announced a bit last moment so you have to look for your train on the big board.

Yes yes it's the literal beating heart of Boston. But it's also one of my absolute favorite places to people watch in Boston. If you are an artist of writer this is the place to just soak up the atmosphere. Suprisingly decent bathrooms most of the time too.
A nice station, with access to the subway, bus, train (Amtrak) and travel bus. There is bathroom, food court and newspaper store. Easy access by escalator.
Its an excellent Grand Central, bus from others cities take you there just like you will find some that will take you to the airport. Also, the train station is accessible. Downtown is close by even by foot
