This is a great station. It's easy to find your train/bus. It's a nice space physically. There are tons of nice little restaurants and stores. I've never had any serious issues here, and I've been using public transport for years. It's cost effective. You can't beat the prices for rail and bus services that run through this station. Just parking and gas in Boston cost more than a round trip train ticket to the farthest stations in MA.
From south station, go to platform number 1 and follow the direction signs! Very easy to find.
About as good as a bus station gets.Clean and well organized, though Boston-style busy.
Well-designed station, incredibly simple to find your way around. Clean, organized, with just a dash of food options. Attached to train and commuter rail, so it's one stop shopping to get where you're going.(I'm raising my 4star rating to 5 to counter all the idiots who are negatively reviewing independent businesses within the station, or who simply have grossly inflated ideas of how grand a bus station should be)
Great service for the mediocre price from Boston south bus terminal to NYC. Because some accident, I did not catch the reserved bus, but the gate agent tell us to board next bus after one hour . No extra charge! Will take it again. The USB port and WiFi work great! The gate agent also allows the passenger with a late reservation to board the earlier bus with available seat!
