Customer service was alright, got my fuel flap fitted in no time. The only thing is that owner has an issue with customers from oversees, asked me questions about where am from and what do I do in here.. didnt seem realy interested with what i answered anyway, so why bother asking?? I guess there are plenty of other service stations in Boston..

Extremely professional and very kind. Drove a close friends car to them today with steering issue, we thought it was tracking but got a shock when Johnsons said steering could fail at anytime and do we want a lift home. We decided to drive home safely and slowly to have a think. Very pleased with this garages prompt and kind help. Will recommend this garage to everyone
