Very very rude. Unprofessional. Wasting hours. Does wat she wants and ordera you. AVOID!!!
I have never been to a emergency dentist that have spoke to be the way this lady did, I went In with my mum and she basically ordered my mum to sit down, couldnt understand what she was saying, didn't wait for the numbness to start properly, we come out and my mum can hardly open her eye she only had a temp filling, her face didn't go numb until 15 mintures later after having the filling, when my mum said her face wasn't numb before she done it, I have just spoke to my doctors and they have advised she needs to go to a&e,

I visited Boston smile on 2 occasions and was very nervous as I am terrified of dentist.Had a broken tooth that had become infected so was put on antibiotics.Was advised to return the following week to have tooth removed as infection would keep coming back,so I made an appointment for yesterday Friday 19th to have tooth removed.The dentist and her assistant put me at ease,didn't see her put needle in my mouth.Felt it a little bit but nothing to what I thought it would be like.The dentist and assistant did tell me their names but cannot remember them.Going back in 2weeks for further treatment.I would just like to say thank you to Boston Smile for putting me at ease. Xx
If you dare question your treatment at this dentists you will be accused of being abusive. When phoning the they don't answer the phone as The Tooth Booth they call themselves the Boston Smile Centre. Reception is cheap and shoddy and there is no chance of confidentiality due to the size of the reception and waiting area. Whilst the receptionist is polite and as helpful as he can be it doesn't make up for the other shortfalls of this dentists.
