Assistants are dismissive, uncaring, disinterested totally unknowledgeable on most items for sale in the store and rightly so on the poor conditions and low salary they probably get. I only use this store in emergencies. My kettle packed up on a Sunday so I begrudgingly purchase on these rare occasions. I can find the same products cheaper elsewhere. I am sure some folks love using their flip books and their unresponsive computers and then waiting for 10 minutes while someone to goes looking for your item in the back of the store. Not my idea of an enjoyable shopping experience.

The manager unhelpfully directed me to q behind the only other customer who was taking their time selecting jewelry at the jewelry counter. I suggested that he could serve me himself at another til. Reluctantly he did so but I shouldn't have had to ask. Poor customer service. Lazy management.
Absolutely love this store. The staff are absolutely always fantastic, the store is always clean and tidy and again staff are always friendly and extra helpful here. Great for quick visits too, I've never had to wait long for my items so it's very efficient too. Great for reserving online then just popping in to collect.
