I went in Novemeber 2018 to see a specialist, I was told they would send a letter to my G.P recommending some new medication and was told it would take about 2 weeks for them to receive. I had to constantly chase this letter up every week as I kept getting told they were back logged.3 months later the letter actually got sent to my GP. absolutely terrible service
Fantastic care time after time. We've now seen around seven consultants here along with the nursing staff and admin staff are all fantastic. They genuinely care and nothing is too much trouble at all.
Not sure if you review a hospital but I have been under Boston West for 2 years and they have been great to me and never had a problem with the treatment or staff. Would I recommend it a big yes
It was my first time having a procedure done at the Boston West Hospital, it is a good hospital, all the nurses and doctors that looked after me before theatre, in theatre and in recovery were really good, kind, lovely and caring, all the staff at the hospital are polite and lovely also would like to say a massive thankyou for all the care I was giving when I was there. The hospital is very clean and so welcoming I would happily recommend it to anyone Kind regards mikyla Potton
