My husband attended a consultation and was admitted into Pilgrims Hospital immediately, the concern and nursing care received was first class.
My dad had a fall and blacked out shortly... I have to say, it was the best hospital experience I've ever known!
Excellent treatment. I cannot fault the service provided by the hospital, particularly the eye dept. From seeing the consultant, to being assessed and actually having treatment and operation, all staff involved from reception, nursing and consultant they were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, helpful, caring and professional.
I was treated extremely well and as for the hospital food I couldn't fault it in any way.
