I got something for my sister and came to visit her to different state. The size was wrong, so wedecided to return it and get something else. I left the receipt in my city and my husband took apicture of it and sent it to me. We were in shock of what happened when we told a manager Tiya that we have a picture of the receipt. she got so angry, startedto yell at us and said that she will call a security if we wont leave right now. What? Is itnormal to behave like this? Maybe I just dont understand something. managers need to be nice and helpful, so people want to come back to the store.My advice to everybody please avoid this Michael Kors store and especially crazy Tiya
Nice people. But MK stuff is a bit overpriced, this store seems to have across the board sales so look out for those.

Spent 45 minutes shopping in this store with my wife, after finally finding the perfect dress I go pay and they refuse to honour the ticketed price!? They say that the system wont let them charge the price on the tag and we have to pay an extra 50$ If we want the dress, they apparently have no way around it (even though a child would tell you to charge whatever is ticketed and take it up afterwards with head office) but instead they decide to insist that you pay the extra money.Terrible customer service with excuses that make no sense...all the store reps agree that the price ticketed is valid but have no way of honouring it...what kind of store does this???After 1 1/2 hours I leave the store without the dress in hand...what a waste of time and effort!Save time and money...dont shop at Michael Kors Barbados.Also check the other reviews as it is indicative of this store.
