Staff friendly bed so comfortable missed breakfast first day
Scenic hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, accompanied by good scenery out of room windows. Conveniently close to the city centre, making it ideal for tourists and commuters. Also has attached restaurant serving fantastic food that I couldn't fault.
I cant believe how cheap it was, very good value. No frills, but very clean and served my needs perfectly. People on reception friendly and welcoming. Place to eat in the grounds... I didnt go there as I had other arrangements, but all the information was provided in the room and it all looked very reasonable. I would definitely come here again.
This is one of the nicest Premier inns with stayed in. Although the staff are normally very helpful and friendly. Boston Premier Inn was the warmest and friendliest that we've come across. We could have checked in online but I had some questions around the meal deal that was on offer. The reception member of staff was so helpful and sorted the deal out for us. The rooms were very much Premier Inn rooms very clean very tidy and very comfortable.one of the other really nice things we have booked two rooms as there are five of us. And they had thought to put it in rooms that had an adjoining door.we have stayed in a different Premier Inn where they put it in two rooms on opposite ends of the hotel not so helpful. Would really recommend not just Premier Inn but Boston's Premier Inn particularly.
Usual good value and perfectly adequate rooms. Decor getting a little tired in the older part. Car parking now extensive, but needed as the adjacent Brewer's Fayre is popular at weekends.
