After a last minute decision to stay over in Boston for the night we searched and found this incredible/lovely place to stay. Our room was spacious with an ensuite bathroom both absolutely immaculate and incredibly clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows like clouds. The room was full of unexpected but very appreciated bits and bobs on arrival: chocolates, hot chocolates, tea coffee, bottles of water and fresh milk on requuest. The hosts Denise and Stuart were the icing on top of the already fantastic cake! They made us feel so welcome and gave us a good laugh, not to mention the amazing breakfast in the morning, cereals, fresh yoghurt, juices, full English, even catering for one of us being a vegetarian! Very good value for money and I would give this place more stars if I could!!!!! Thank you both, we will definitely be recommending and returning xP.s. They also offer private off road parking which gave us nothing to worry about.

We experienced so much friendliness and politeness.The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and more than enough.We would like to thank you again for the stay.
A wonderful place to stay run by a very friendly and accomidating couple. Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Also cook a first class breakfast with plenty of choice. I've only been home a day and already want to go back. Highly recommended.
I was really impressed with the room and I felt like I was in a show home and I have never slept so well considering I wasnt in my own bed!! The service was outstanding and the breakfast was to die for. Defently go again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay!!! Well worth the money!! Also very friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble for the excellent hosts!!!!
