Generally appreciate the more relaxed atmosphere of the United Club system and especially the food in some of the the bigger ones such as at ORD and LAX
You need a membership.....First Class tix is not good enough. Other Airlines are better in this regard.
Fast check in with several agents.Several seating options. I like the high stools with plugs for computer. Very clean.
It's an alright place with great bartenders and ok food. The one downside is the place closes at 7:30pm on weekdays... um yeah flights go out way later than that sooo why would it close that early? Also I didn't see showers in here, another downside.
