Awful attitude and very aggressive over the telephone
Pet plan absolutely worthless... Been telling the lady's behind reception that my dog refuses to consume any kind of pill for flea and worming yet they still keep giving me the same pills and telling me that's all they have in stock and won't let me wait till they do. At the start they gave her drops and I had no problems. Had to go to the shop and spend more money when it should of been included in my pet plan. Also spent unreal amount of money on vet appointments for a year now on multiple appointments every month because my dogs eye is infected and they don't know how to treat it, switching to another vets and never coming back. Poor doggy has been in pain for the past YEAR with her little eye while I have been giving her pointless drops that vets gave us. It makes me sad when I look at her whining in pain that she's in, don't know why I haven't taken her somewhere else earlier. These "professional vets" don't even know what they are doing.
Sunday 24th of June it was time to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Paddy. The staff were very kind and helpful, professional and full of empathy.Kindly came to our family home to help Paddy pass with dignity in his favourite place in our garden with all our family around him to say goodbye.Many thanks to Roberto and Beth for making this devasting time as bearable as possible.
Helpful staff polite as for bill is well over price I had in mind rather Expensive I'd say I won't be there often anymore I'd have to go somewhere else more reasonable price.said results of the sample would arrive Monday not arrived yet it's Tuesday afternoon now!!
I found all the staff very helpful and sincere. The vet George explained everything to me very clearly. The rest of the nurses were extremely efficient and made me feel at ease
