The Pinchbeck practice has been amazing and I cannot praise the vet, Lorenzo Campana, enough for the care and compassion that he has shown to both my dog and cat.
Took my dog twice for two different things diagnosed wrong on both occasions only interested in giving not needed . Took to other vets my dog is now good. Both vets did not have a good way with my dog . Spoke to other people and had same experience. Will never use this vets again.
Absolutely brillant service and staff, our African Pygmy Hedgehog had to have surgery due to her injuring her eye. All the staff were very helpfully and each took turns checking up on her throughout the day.Thank you so much.
Excellent staff. Very caring. Saw our cat on Sunday at short notice and provided him with excellent care. Unfortunately our cat had to be put to sleep but it was very dignified. We would like to say thank you to Petra and Luciano and all the staff who were there for us and sylvester. We would highly recommend them to everyone. Johnson family
