There would be a 100 ways to make that place better professionally... genrally depressing

Bus was a no show guessing not enough reservations to justify a stop to my smaller city, the man at the gray hound booth at least warned me when I asked about my bus not being listed on the monitor (if that deserves credit), while the peterpan lady near the departure and arrival booth (they switched my company for some reason to peterpan) kept telling me things were fine and just wait while glancing at the ticket for 3 seconds and being a lazy freeloader not doing her job, until the 4th time I came to her and broke things down like to a child, then she realized her error and gave me a option to wait another bus for 5 more hours... while at least before I could of at least got a bus close to where I wanted without waiting forever.

I NEVER USE THIS REVIEW THING BUT THIS PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS I RATHER WALK TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.1- WHEN YOU PURCHASED THE TICKETS TO YOUR DESTINATION THEY DO NO SAY THAT THE BUS STOPS IN BETWEEN IN LIKE 3 OR 4 DIFFERENT PLACES.2- I HAD 3 DIFFERENT BUS DRIVERS AND THEY ALL HAVE ONE THING IN COMMON ( THEIR IGNORANCE). ZERO AND I MEAN ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.3- THE INTERNET DOES NOT WORK.4- THEY DONT CATE IF YOU MISS YOUR NEXT BUS. AFTER I MISSED MY BUS I WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE TRAFFIC LIKE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THEY DRIVE THE SAME ROUTE. THEY KNOW HOW BUSY THE ROADS ARE EACH DAY THEREFORE THE SCHEDULE SHOULD BE MORE REALISTIC.I- THE BUS DRIVER TAKES HIS TIME ON EACH STOP TALKING ON THE PHONE.WALK, RUN, CRAWL BUT DONT USE THIS BUS COMPANY.

Trash utter trash!!!!! Never ever use Greyhound ever!!!!My bus was scheduled go leave port authority at 8am. It was an hour late because they didnt have a driver. Upon boarding the bus the driver drove extremely slow and couldnt find the boarding terminal. I was late by over 2 hours and missed my transfer bus and had to take an uber to Framingham. The receptionists at the greyhound bus station had horrible customer service and should all be retrained. Good luck staying in business Greyhound. Its only a matter of time you go bankrupt.

Do not recommend Greyhound Package Express at all---I dropped off at large package at Greyhound's (Boston) South Station terminal for shipment to the NYC Package Express Depot on Monday, 8/13. I was informed that the package would be delivered to NYC no later than Tuesday, 8/14 and It is now Friday, 8/17 and have spent the last three days trying to confirm whether the package was in fact delivered or not. I've been checking the status of the package online every day & so far, it only indicates that it has been "loaded outbound" but not delivered. I signed up to be notified via phone and email when the package was in transit AND delivered, and have received no notifications whatsoever. On Wednesday, 8/15, I emailed Greyhound via their Shiptrack "Contact Us" button - and never received any response. I called the Boston Package Express office and they couldn't find a record of it being shipped out. In fact, the person on duty there this morning told me he had to go downstairs and look for it, and I should call back later. It took me 3 more hours to reach an agent there again ---in the meantime, I kept getting a recording stating that no one was available to take my call, before the system disconnected me. I called Boston's Main Customer Service number and was eventually told that I would need to drive to Boston to follow up with the Package Express staff in person because I couldn't reach anyone via phone--- this is a 1.5 hour drive for me, without traffic. Does that seem like something a customer should have to do....aka drive 1.5-2 hours to make sure your staff is doing their job properly? I finally reached someone in the Boston Package Express Office and he told me that it's been delivered, even though there is no indication of this when I track it online. I called the NYC Package Express office & after 15+ minutes on hold, reached a live person who told me that the package was delivered on Tuesday. Since it had been there for over 3 days, they wanted to charge me a $5/day storage fee. This is incredibly inefficient and frustrating. Greyhound's shipping system is seriously flawed, their online tracking system does not work properly and their customer services is just plain awful.
