i had my bike taken for the mot, which failed due to the front wheel not rotating freely, which was fair enough. Solving the problem taken longer than 10 days so i have lost my free retest, which of course was not their fault.After the problem was rectified I went back and asked the guys just to spin the front wheel before re-booking new mot (paying was not an issue), however the attitude of the technician was appalling and he spend 10 minutes saying how busy and there is no time to do it, even all i asked was 15 seconds of his time. I dont recommend this MOT station to anyone,Bike passed the mot in different place and customer care was there. I dont expect to be treated in posh way, just fair.Thanks
