Really pleased with my lovely new honda civic! I went to another dealership before coming to vertu and wasn't impressed, but the team at Vertu were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A completely different experience! Dan went out of his way to help us find the right car and the right deal. He made the kids feel welcome, even secreting a few packets of biscuits in the new car for them! Would wholeheartedly recommend.
I would not hesitate to recommend Boston Honda to anyone looking to buy or change their car. Customer service is excellent and all the staff with whom I have had dealings are very knowledgeable about the whole operation as well as their own sphere. Very customer friendly and they make it a pleasure to be there. I collected my new CR V just over weeks ago and the whole deal was without problems and very smooth. Previously I have dealt with Tim who was spot on with his Motability expertise is time it was Estelle Hobbs doing that role and I cannot speak too highly of her and her expertise and professionalism- she even came in on her day off to complete the handover. She is a very worthy successor to Tim!! The new car is also excellent and a pleasure to drive
