I am very surprised to read a few negative comments on Mercedes Boston. I am very glad to say the service, customer dedication and willing to go "the extra mile" for customers has been exceptional. I have 2 cars still under warranty with them and just the other day I could not get in to one of them when the remote control wasn't working. They were prepared to send someone out within the hour as I had to get to London for a meeting. As it happened I managed to eventually get in to the car so it wasn't necessary for someone to come out. I would particularly like to commend Grant in the Service department for an exceptionally positive attitude and a willingness to resolve all issues to the customer's satisfaction. If only we had more people like that in the UK with such customer service skills. Thanks

Very poor customer service, paint coming off my roof of my 3 year old car and was told in exact words " not their problem it's my problem". I got rid of the car a week later as this was not the first time I received poor customer service from Mercedes never again will I deal with this company. Check out yell reviews before dealing with them as I wished I had.
Highly recommend ! I met with very professional service. Technician from what I see with passion treats the Mercedes brand. He knows exactly what is wrong with them and quickly finds the fault. I highly recommend this site. If you have had unpleasant experiences with another dealer believe me, you will not be disappointed with this approach to the customer!
