Love products ... sales people aren't so helpful:(
Right off the highway exit and next to the Burlington Mall. The store has some great pieces for your home. Some of the staff seemed to busy (although they were not) to help while others were happy to greet you.
Sale Associate and manager very friendly and helpful.
This location on Boylston Street is small and densely packed. What you would expect for a location in the heart of the city. What was disappointing was the selections at this particular store (rather sparse) and you could not find anyone to help you at all. I was interested in purchasing a sofa and two chairs but the one associate they had working was too busy doing nothing to even answer a question. So I went to the location at Burlington mall which is nicer and bigger and made my purchase there.
Stopped in for an order pickup tonight. I was greeted immediately by an incredibly attentive and pleasant employee. My order was in my hands in probably under a minute just by giving my phone number.My only complaint would be that it was so efficient I didnt have a chance to look around (Its for the best...) Other stores have something to learn from this brand!
