Terrible customer service employees dont know basic customer service, manager and district manager do not give their info. I was pushed to customer service stay far away!!
I went to return damaged sandals. I didnt want Store Credit they were 4 days old and I had the receipt.I told her that the previous day I purchased a purse if she can exchange the funds to the purse. She informed me that yesterday which was Tuesday was a special sale and today the sale was over less than 24 hours.Terrible attitude avoid this store!!
I went to do a return on shoes that came apart after one week I had the receipt but it the box.I did not anticipate the sandals to be damaged so quickly.I asked to return them or to get cr did in a purchase I did in store the previous day and the rep wouldnt even give me the manager or district manager name. Stay away from this store!!
Friendly staff and very helpful. It is a small store but with lost of choices. Aldo's sneakers for this summer are super cool.
