Excellent staff and great selection. They were incredibly helpful, while I wrangled my 4 yr old son long enough to find him a nice pair of kicks. It's a narrow store, so keep that in mind if you have backpacks or strollers. Also it's not really handicap accessible. There's a small step up from the sidewalk and another into Vans (if memory serves).
There was a cute girl helping me find a sick pair of vans. Even though I chose like 2 types of vans and there where none available my size she helped me find the right pair of vans I didn't knew I wanted. And that girl outraced me in putting laces on! The customer service here is the best. One of there sales reps Ash helped me find the exact pair of shoes and was super nice. Unfortunately I had a bit of a fiasco with a gift card when I went in to buy some shoes so they had to contact customer service to try to get it reloaded for me. It took a long time but Cole and Cat, some of the managers, kept me in the loop through the whole process and made sure that I was able to get my card and shoes. Everyone one here is great and the selection in the store is good (they'll order things to the store for free if they don't have it there too). Great experience I will definitely go back.
The customer service here is phenomenal! i went in looking for a particular color of the Old Skools and even though they didn't have it in my size, the employee was super welcoming and helped me order it online for free two-day shipping to my dorm. Definitely will shop here again the next time I'm in Boston.
