We had a great experience! The staff was very helpful and Ajanee was very kind to my kids. We didn't find most if sized we needed, we would have left with shoes for my daughter and my husband but we bought 2 pairs for my son and he loves them. I love the bogost this location offers, we will definitely be back

The Owners and CEO of sketcher should check the manager of this store: 417 Washington St, Boston, MA 02108 if you go to Google reviews for this store you are going to see people complaining about stuff, associates and customer service of that store. The manager of that store is so rude. The manager is a woman and she was on Duty Thursday 27 at around 6 PM (9/27/18) she refused to give me her name. This is my Experience with her: First of all, I had to wait 10 minutes for her to come out because I wanted to return shoes that a bought 2 Days ago. I did use the shoes only one time and they still Brand new, no defect no damage and I have the original Receipt. She refused to return them even if they are Brand New with no Damage or Dirt!!! I used them only one time!! She told me, since you used them one time I cannot return them!!! She was very rude and she told me I need to leave the store. I have the right to return them I paid 80 Dollars. I tried to return them after 2 Days of purchase with original receipt and she refused even if the shoes still brand new with no Damage I even returned the original Box and bag of the Shoes. I really felt so disrespected she acts like if she owns the store and she can do whatever she wants.
I tried a pair of shoes and decided to buy. Sales personal took the shoe box I liked and brought another box with one shoe inside and added the one on display. Then tried to sell me that. It didn't smell nice to me.
