The gentleman I spoke to on the first floor when I walked in was polite and directed me to a womens shoe associate that I could speak to. But once I got to her, she was snooty and didnt really impress me with her answers. She didnt really listen to my questions and seemed more concerned with another customer, although she started helping me first. This location has lost any business they wouldve gained from me.
