My Experience at this location was remarkable!!Jason the store manager definitely goes above and beyond to accommodate the customers needs,he is friendly, knowledgeable and so veg kind.It is by far the best customer service Ive received as customer of that brand.I had purchase a pair of boots from the newbury location and a few times after I wore them I noticed that one shoe was different color but then i thought thats impossible so went on with my life. As I have so many pairs form that store and I really never had an issue,until then..I was write and it was not just my idea but the sales associate that helped me purchase those boots sold me the wrong size on each foot...I go into the store and the associate there told me that the can send them out and customer service will ship me another pair,when I week goes by I decided to call and follow up on where my boots where?the customer service associate namedAnastasia was clueless on everything that has to do with her brand.she told me that she cannot help me and I will have to go in the store to figure it out-ridiculous at least,you are customer service and you should know how to do your job or else you need to find something else to do-at that point i only cared to find my boots and I was determined that I will never purchase another pair from any ugg store as there customer service SUCKS..Jason thank you so much because if it wasnt for you I would still be going back and forth with the terrible customer service department you have..Jason resolves my issue and not only that he also went above and beyond by allowing me to choose a limited edition color that I loved,I also but one more pair from him!!!Jason thank you so many times and hope the world had more people in customer service like you because I guarantee you the world would be a better place!!i willSee you soon:)
Extremely rude sales manager. We showed up 5 minutes before they closed the store to do a quick return and got a full on guilt trip and attitude for delaying their exit for the night. Ouch. Im sure they had a long day, but pretty poor customer service.
Good store just had a issue with some customers in bear feets trying on UGG without put request for foot protections or sales clerk's request for use of footies if the customer were going to try of the footwearWith out foot coverage.
They have all the newest styles. Place was crazy.
Nice shop, all new shoes available, very unfriendly shop responsible man, other personel nice!
